140 West Franklin Plaza Grand Opening

The 140 West Franklin Plaza had a grand opening on Friday, April 26. A big part of the celebration was the unveiling of Chapel Hill's latest public art instillation "Exhale". Exhale by artist Mikyoung Kim is designed to be interactive and as you will see, the children that night made the most of it.
